TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BlockClash (the "Service"), operated by Nur Technologies ("BlockClash", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is legal where you live. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where skill-based competitions for cash prizes are prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.

2. Skill-based competition, not gambling

BlockClash matches are 1-on-1 competitions where the outcome is determined predominantly by player skill (reaction time, decision speed, and Tetris proficiency), not chance. Stakes entered into a match are entry fees to a skill contest, held in escrow until the match concludes, at which point the winner receives the pot minus the platform rake described in Section 4. Nothing in the Service should be understood as a game of chance or a wagering product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is used for cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, chargeback fraud, or any other violation of these Terms.

4. Stakes, escrow, and rake

Deposits are held as account credit, denominated in USD-equivalent value. When you enter a match, your stake is locked in escrow along with your opponent's equal stake. When the match ends, the winner receives the combined pot minus a platform rake of 7% (reduced to 5% when either player was referred to the Service). Practice mode does not involve deposits, escrow, or payouts of any kind.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies (currently USDC on Solana and Polygon, plus additional networks via our third-party payment processor) and are credited to your account once confirmed on-chain. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — deposits sent from an unsupported network, wrong address, or wrong token may be unrecoverable, and BlockClash is not responsible for funds lost to user error. We may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

6. Fair play and anti-cheat

Use of external automation, bots, macros, input-modifying hardware or software, or any tool that plays on your behalf is prohibited outside of the Service's own bot opponents (used only to fill empty matchmaking slots, never to represent a human player). We operate automated and manual anti-cheat review and may flag, delay payout on, reverse, or ban accounts found to have violated this section, at our reasonable discretion, without obligation to disclose our detection methods.

7. Prohibited conduct

In addition to the above, you may not: collude with an opponent to manipulate a match outcome; abuse the referral or promotional systems; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; use the Service for money laundering or to disguise the proceeds of unlawful activity; or use the account-to-support inbox to harass staff or other users.

8. Disputes and refunds

Because match stakes are settled automatically on completion, completed matches are final. If you believe a match was affected by a bug, disconnect, or cheating, contact us through the in-app inbox within a reasonable time and we will investigate in good faith. Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of demonstrable error.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockClash and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds due to blockchain network issues, third-party wallet or payment-processor failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the in-app inbox after signing in, or via our Discord.
