This Privacy Policy explains what information BlockClash ("we", "us") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. Operated by Nur Technologies.
1. Information we collect
Account data: the email address and password you sign up with (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text), and an auto-generated player handle. Signing up does not require your real name — accounts play under an anonymous handle by default.
Gameplay data: match history, rating, reaction-time and placement-speed statistics (used for matchmaking and anti-cheat), and in-game inputs during live matches.
Financial data: your account balance and ledger of deposits, withdrawals, and match payouts. Deposits are made directly from your own crypto wallet — we do not collect card numbers or bank details for crypto deposits. Our third-party card/alt-payment processor may collect payment details directly; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the amount.
Communications: messages you send us through the in-app support inbox.
Technical data: standard request logs (IP address, browser/device information, timestamps) collected automatically for security, fraud prevention, and debugging.
2. How we use this information
To operate the Service: create and secure your account, match you against opponents of comparable skill, hold and settle stakes, credit deposits, and process withdrawals. To keep the Service fair: detect cheating, collusion, multi-accounting, and abuse of promotional systems. To communicate with you: respond to support requests and send account-related notices. To comply with legal obligations, such as anti-money-laundering checks on larger withdrawals.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Blockchain transparency
Deposits and withdrawals happen on public blockchains (Solana, Polygon, and others). Transactions on these networks are, by design, publicly visible to anyone — this is a property of the underlying blockchain, not something BlockClash controls.
4. Sharing
We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, our payment processor, blockchain infrastructure providers), each strictly to perform their function; law enforcement or regulators where required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not share your data with other players beyond your public handle, rating, and match results.
5. Data retention
We keep account and financial records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of your account (see Section 6); some records may be retained where required by law.
6. Your choices
You can turn on anonymous mode in Settings to hide your display name from opponents. You can request an export or deletion of your account data by contacting us through the in-app inbox — we'll act on deletion requests except where we're legally required to keep specific records (e.g. transaction history for tax purposes).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures (hashed passwords, encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
